Instructions for Entry

For prize draw entry, eligible entrants must:

1. Post a picture of one shoe or a pair of their shoes, to their Instagram account between 00.00 on Sunday 26th January 2020 and 23.59 on Sunday 2nd February 2020.
2. Tag @shoe_lab_uk

Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion will run from 00:00 on Sunday 26th January 2020 until 23.59 on Sunday 2nd February 2020.
2. All those who have qualified for the promotion will be entered into the draw and one winner will be drawn at random by Shoe Lab on Monday 3rd February 2020.
3. There is one prize to be won: a free deep clean and protect for the pair of shoes in the winning post.
4. Multiple entries are permitted with different shoes but multiple posts of the same shoes will count as a single entry. For clarity, if the winner had multiple entries, the prize will relate to the shoes in the winning picture.
5. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram. The winners will have 24 hours to respond to this message to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, then the prize will be released and a new winner will be drawn at random by Shoe Lab.
6. The prize draw is open only to entrants in the UK and shoes will only be posted back to a UK address. 

General Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in the promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted the Promotional Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
2. Entries that do not comply in full with the Instructions for Entry, the Promotional Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
3. Entrants must be aged 16 years or over. Underage entries will be void.
4. Late, incomplete or other ineligible entries will be disqualified.
5. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
6. The winner permits Shoe Lab to announce them as a winner and to share their winning entry on any of its channels, including but not limited to Instagram, the shoelabuk.com website and email marketing campaigns.
7. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with, or contribute to, any other Shoe Lab offer or promotion.
8. This promotion is not open to employees or immediate family members of employees of Shoe Lab or any company involved or associated with the promotion, including but not limited to, any printers and agents.
9. It is each entrant’s responsibility to ensure that all contact information is correct and valid during the promotional period. Shoe Lab will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete contact information.

11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any action arising out of these terms shall be litigated in, and only in, the courts of England and Wales.  By entering the promotion, entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
12. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these terms and no rights or benefits expressly or impliedly conferred by it shall be enforceable under that Act against the parties to it by any other person.
